Hosted Payment Page Solution Our hosted payment gateway solution can be implemented by performing a simple redirection from a merchants website to their payment page hosted on our shared server. Periodic Payments
Our Periodic payment gateway solution allows real time processing of recurring credit card payments on specified dates that suit merchant requirements.
Periodic Payments can be configured as once-off payments, day-based payments, and calendar-based payments.
All these payments can be configured in our periodic database, and set to start on a given date, and re-occur a given number of times. Periodic payments can be configured from a web interface, or via a Secure Merchant Login Website, and are encrypted using 128-bit encryption.
All credit card details are stored in our database in an encrypted binary format, and are never stored in decrypted form on the system.
The merchant's name and details appear on the customer's monthly credit card statement, so your customer has a record of payments made. Periodic payments can be cancelled at any time via the web interface when they are no longer required.
Note, that it is necessary for merchants to have signed agreements from their customers before setting up periodic payments from their credit card.

Triggered Payments allow a merchant to store credit card information securely encrypted in our database, then "trigger" the payment any time it is necessary through the payment gateway.
Using Triggered Payments, a merchant can keep an account for each of its customers. The customer might pay $50 towards their account when they join. The merchant may debit the customer's account for $1 every time it provides a service to its customer. When a customer's account gets down to $5, the merchant may "trigger" the stored payment to take another $50 from the customer's credit card to top up their account.
If a merchant charges a customer a small amount each time it provides a service, sometimes the transaction fees charged by banks and credit card companies can be very high. Triggered Payments allow merchants to take a large initial payment, and only charge the customer again when their credit is depleted.
This way, the customer need not worry about manually paying to top up their account, and the merchant receives a batch payment, reducing transaction fees and interest charges.

Merchants wanting to process recurring payments or accept subscriptions can do so through a batch payment processing system developed by Camtech. Merchants can simply upload batch files that have been populated in the Camtech specified format. The transactions are processed through our payment gateway at a scheduled time and responses are provided to the merchant in a specified format.

SecureIVR is the simplest way to take credit card payments by phone. The merchants' own fully-automated service prompts customers throughout the payment process, and after answering just a few short questions the customer receives an approved or declined message from the bank.
Recorded messages mean merchants do not need to pay staff to answer calls, and the scripts are fully customisable to suit an individual merchant's needs. IVRs run 24 hours a day, meaning merchants are always open for business, and customers can make payments at their convenience.
Payments are also faster using IVR, since customers do not interact or chat with an operator.
This payment method means merchants do not need to install or maintain any hardware or software. Plus, SecureIVR runs through the same payment gateway system as all SecurePay's online transactions, so if you wish to take payments via IVR as well as through your company website, all transactions will be reported back to you in one file the following morning. Direct Entry is available through our Java API and SecureXML interfaces, and can also be managed via our Secure Merchant Login.

Once the agreement is registered with Camtech, the merchant can use their preferred payment gateway method, to take a payment from their customers bank accounts, directly into the merchant's own account. Merchants can use the system until their agreement with the customer expires.
Funds are cleared overnight due to the inter-bank processing requirements, and results are reported to the merchant the next day.

The Camtech Payment Gateway can accept transactions in currencies other than AUD. The only bank that currently supports multi-currency for online transactions within Australia is the National Australia Bank. Therefore you will need to establish a multi-currency facility with the NAB to accept foreign currencies.
Please contact the NAB on 1300 369 852 for further information regarding their multi-currency facilities.
To specify a different currency within a transaction message, you simply need to provide the currency field set to the required currency code. Please refer to our documentation for a full list of currency codes.
